  1. 1. Parties

    Languvi, as a platform providing translation services, this agreement contains the provisions regarding the translation services provided by Languvi ("Seller") over the internet and the arrangement and execution of the electronic order ("Order") made by the Client ("Buyer") in relation to these services between the parties.

  2. 2. Definition and Scope

    This contract is concluded between the parties if the Buyer wishes to purchase translation services provided by the Seller. This agreement is intended to determine the rights and obligations of the parties and is subject to the provisions of the Turkish Code of Obligations and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

  3. 3. Order

    The Buyer may place an order for translation services electronically in accordance with the terms and conditions specified on the Seller's website. In order for the order to be valid, the Buyer must fill in the specified information correctly and completely and make payment.

  4. 4. Nature and Delivery of Service

    The Seller undertakes to provide translation services to the Buyer. The translation service shall be completed within the time period specified by the Seller and delivered via the contact information specified by the Buyer.

  5. 5. Price and Terms of Payment

    The price of the translation service is calculated based on the tariff set by the Seller and published on the website. Payment must be made by the Buyer by one of the methods specified at the time of ordering. The service fee is non-refundable upon completion of the service after payment by the Buyer, depending on the method of payment.

  6. 6. Right of Cancellation and Refund

    The buyer has the right to cancel or request a refund after confirming the order for the translation service. However, no cancellation or refund can be made once the service has started and completed.

  7. 7. Warranty and Liabilities

    The Seller does not guarantee the quality and accuracy of the translation service provided. However, in the event of the Buyer's dissatisfaction, the necessary corrections will be provided free of charge to correct any errors in the execution of the work.

  8. 8. Privacy and Protection of Personal Data

    The Seller undertakes to keep the personal data of the Buyer confidential and to use only the information necessary for the provision of the service. Personal data is processed and stored in accordance with the applicable data protection legislation.

  9. 9. Dispute Resolution

    Ankara Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized to resolve any disputes that may arise between the parties.

  10. 10. Notices

    All notices between the parties shall be given in writing or by electronic mail. Notices shall be deemed effective on the date of receipt by the other party.

  11. 11. Enforcement

    This contract enters into force upon approval by the Buyer and is binding between the parties.

  12. 12. Annexes

    The written agreements made between the parties and the membership and privacy policy published on the Seller's website are accepted as an integral part of this agreement.
