We aim to establish a mutually trusting cooperation between our translators and our company with an approach that aims to strengthen communication by overcoming language barriers. The contract covers the details of the translation service, pricing, confidentiality principles and cooperation.




  1. 1. Parties

    This agreement contains the regulations regarding translation services between LANGUVI YAZILIM ONLINE TERCÜME ORG. LTD. ŞTİ. ("Company") and the Translator regarding translation services. In this context, the rights and responsibilities of the parties are determined.

  2. 2. Subject

    The Company is a translation company providing translation and/or interpreting services between various languages. The Translator accepts this agreement with the Company for the purpose of providing translation services.

  3. 3. Translation Services

    The Translator will provide translation services between specific language pairs (source language and target language) on behalf of the Company. Translation services may include translation of written texts, interpretation or other language services. The Translator will work meticulously on each translation project and deliver translations that meet the Company's quality standards.

  4. 4. Pricing

    The Translator will be paid at the rate determined by the Company and predetermined for each translation project. Payments will be made after the translation work has been completed and accepted by the Company. The remuneration will depend on factors such as the type, difficulty, volume and delivery time of the translation. In order to receive payments, the Translator is required to exceed the threshold which is determined by the Company. Payments are made on the 1st and 15th of each month if the lower limit is exceeded.

  5. 5. Privacy Commitment

    The Translator agrees to take all necessary measures to ensure the confidentiality of the information obtained during the translation process. While working on behalf of the Company, the Translator undertakes to keep any information belonging to the client confidential and not to share it with third parties. In the event of any breach of security, the Translator shall immediately inform the Company and cooperate.

  6. 6. Delivery Time and Quality Standards

    The Translator undertakes to meet the set deadlines and to deliver translations of high quality. The quality of the translation work is of utmost importance to ensure customer satisfaction and to protect the Company's reputation. Deadlines and quality standards will be set in advance for each translation project and will be met by the Translator.

  7. 7. Termination of the Contract

    This agreement is valid until terminated in writing by either party. In the event of termination of the contract, the parties shall have no further obligations to each other. However, the termination of the contract shall not affect the completion of the projects previously started by the parties.

  8. 8. Enforcement

    This agreement comes into force under the terms fully and unconditionally accepted by the parties. The parties are deemed to have accepted all conditions by approving this agreement while creating Translator account.
